Atheniem Ltd are Data controllers for Atheniem contacts information, as data controllers Atheniem Ltd decide how Atheniem contacts personal data is processed and for what purposes.

The categories of Atheniem contact information that we collect, process, hold and share include:

  • personal information (such as name, address, email and telephone contact details)

Why we collect and use this information

Atheniem use contact data to:

  • Contact customers, students, suppliers, associates and primes for invoice purposes
  • Contact customers, students, associates and primes for bidding purposes
  • Contact customers, students, associates and primes for technical purposes
  • Contact customers, students, suppliers, associates and primes for logistical purposes
  • Contact customers, students, suppliers, associates and primes for any contract requirements

If a requirement arises for Atheniem to use personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Data Privacy Notice, then a new notice explaining the new use and processing will be issued for data subject consent prior to commencing the new processing requirements.

The lawful basis on which we process this information

Atheniem Ltd process this information under Article 6 from the GDPR from 25 May 2018; processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.’

Collecting this information

Atheniem contact information is provided on a voluntary basis.

Storing this information

Atheniem hold contact data for a minimum of 3 years in line with the Atheniem Quality Management System (QMS) and financial data for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year in line with HMRC regulations.

Who we share this information with and for what purpose

Atheniem do not share contact information with any third party.

Requesting access to your personal data
