What
This half day course is delivered as a briefing followed by a series of workshops. It and allows organisations and individuals to understand and better take positive action with threats, vulnerabilities, resilience and risk.
How
A briefing considers what cyber is. This provides a clear understanding of what the term cyber means and allows the realisation that cyber is one of many business considerations and that within an organisation there are different viewpoints and effects. A workshop then shows how individual and organisational improvements can be achieved. Individuals will understand how cyber impacts them and how they can make some instant changes to reduce their vulnerability. Organisations can better understand their resilience and risk positions.
Why
Change can only be achieved through understanding and realisation. Also one of the greatest threats to any organisation or system is from its users who may not be aware of the impacts that misuse or error bring.
